I'm Heather, and I consider myself in the "serious hobbyist" category of photography. My favorite subjects are those found in nature, but I also love taking pictures of animals (especially our dogs) and food. In case you're wondering, I shoot with:
* Nikon D50 DSLR body (discontinued), with 18-55mm kit lens and 55-200mm zoom lens
* +1, +2 and +4 macro filters, polarizing filter, neutral density filter
* Vivitar tripod

And what beautiful sunshine you made. I'll bet you had lots of fun, as well. Very nice. We are finally getting some sunshine and beautiful starry nights. Such a welcome change from the weeks of grey skies and cold winds. ~karen
Karen - Thank you. I did have fun shooting these flowers. You mention the starry nights... I know! Aren't they wonderful?! I love seeing Orion shining brightly outside my window as I go to bed. And the sunshine, well, that's just heavenly!
You really did a superb job, they're beautiful, and the lighting too, manufactured or not!
