In case you're wondering, I shoot with:
* Nikon D50 DSLR body (discontinued), with 18-55mm kit lens and 55-200mm zoom lens
* +1, +2 and +4 macro filters, polarizing filter, neutral density filter
* Vivitar tripod

Those are fantastic photos - I especially like the in-flight ones. We don't have that gull out here in Australia.
Beautiful shots of the Ring-billed Gull Heather. The first in flight shot and the last photo taking off are super. They are beautiful birds!
